Netways recently signed, with the Bahraini E-Government Authority, a project which endeavors to improve services offered to citizens. The project is nationwide and involving the biggest Ministries in Bahrain. It will introduce an Information system integrating workflow and document management systems, allowing the automation of Government to Government business processes in an intuitive, collaborative, and secure environment. The solution will be fully implemented on a Microsoft Platform that includes SharePoint Server and the latest .NET platform.

To guarantee the success of the project Netways will be working very closely with eGA to work on ministries’ user adoption and get all stakeholders’ buy-in. Thus Netways’ most significant undertaking in this project will be not only to manage the implementation of the program but mostly the process of change to minimize risks, distractions and maximize benefits. It is very crucial that continuous monitoring and awareness takes place throughout the project.
