Netways “Data Integration & Insight Towards Compliance with Basel II/III” session was successfully held on Thursday 21st of June at Microsoft offices in Lebanon. The session introduced Netways’ approach in delivering Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Solutions, with Risk, Capital Management, Liquidity and Reporting Capabilities, specialized for the Financial Services Industry, in Partnership with FinArch and Microsoft.

The session was very interactive and gathered Business and IT Managers from several leading Retail Banks in Lebanon. The participants were very interested to learn about Netways & FinArch offerings and brought some interesting topics where we have shared our knowledge and experience.

Alaa Shamas, our Business Intelligence Expert has presented to the audience how retail banks can overcome their challenges through Business Intelligence, introducing Netways’ BI and Data Warehousing Solutions.

Our Guest Speaker was Marc Gillis, VP Partners & Alliances at FinArch who elaborated how Retail Banks can manage their Risk, Capital and Performance and highlighted the BASEL II/III, ALM and Liquidity Risk Management solutions offered by FinArch. Following this session, Netways and FinArch representatives will be visiting a number of interested banks for live demos and one-on-one meetings.
