Microsoft has recently released a new program for partners called “SharePoint Deployment Planning Services”. This program entitles Microsoft clients who have Software Assurance to take advantage of vouchers to kick-start a SharePoint implementation fully funded by Microsoft itself.

In other words, the result of such an exercise is a plan for the deployment of Office SharePoint Server 2007 using predefined engagement offerings aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
